位子在廟口。肉圓皮很軟,肉質也很軟(個人喜歡軟的)。四神湯很好喝喔!
My parents came to the old shop in the north when they were young. They loved to eat meatballs a while ago, but now my mother takes me to taste it.
The seat is at the entrance of the temple. The meatball skin is very soft, and the meat is also very soft (personally prefer soft ones). Sishen soup is delicious!

肉圓是蒸的非油炸,外皮吃起來軟糯軟糯的不是QQ的,內餡好吃有五香滋味,混合蒜泥的醬汁偏甜,牙口不好或年長者一定會喜歡。
豬肚湯喝起來很棒,濃郁的四神白湯,不是只吃到薏仁而已,也吃到香甜蓮子和其他中藥材,豬肚熬煮得很軟爛,老闆增添湯頭風味的祕密武器可能是盛碗後再添加的琥珀色液體~猜測可能是當歸酒?總之一碗湯入胃非常舒服。
真的要挑剔的話,店家將四神材料撈起放旁邊(沒有持續加熱),即使內用的湯也不是滾燙的,因為湯(熱)+四神料(已放涼)送到口中吃起來就是溫溫的完全不燙口,喜歡喝熱湯就會小失望。

If you really want to be picky, the store will pick up the Sishen ingredients and put them aside (without continuous heating), even the soup inside is not hot, because the soup (hot) + Sishen ingredients (already cooled) are delivered to your mouth to eat. It is warm and not hot at all. If you like hot soup, you will be a little disappointed.
