★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 想要來這邊住分租套房的…奉勸最好不要，隔音非常差，隔壁房洗衣機跟打噴嚏聲都聽得一清二楚，甚至比一般的大學宿舍還差，看房時說三小飯店式格局都是屁！別被裝潢騙了！
還有設備也是拖了好久才來修，燈泡也要房客自己換，房東有錢到不行有好幾台名車但小氣透頂，簽約前後態度完全不一樣，哦哦還有電費每度用6元算喔～^^

There are also equipment that took a long time to repair. The light bulbs have to be replaced by the tenants. The landlord is too rich. There are several famous cars but they are stingy. The attitude is completely different before and after the contract. Oh, and the electricity bill is calculated at 6 yuan per unit. ～^^
