forgetful - They didn’t return the stuffs that they suppose to give me for three times, I have to remind them
Messy system - I got 6 types of medicine from two dept, however there was no proper document to clarify the usage. There was a piece of small paper, but only for the treatment part.
Such an awful clinic, those staffs acted like part-timers.
