主餐份量不但很夠,而且吃起來口味也很道地,吃得出來是請專業廚師料理的? 不論是炒飯、公仔麵、燴飯⋯真的都無可挑剔? 只有外送的部分,外送配合的廠商常常會延誤,除此之外都沒有問題?

本人是一個在香港生活了四十年的香港人,算是有資格評一下吧! 欣賞你們成功做到一家完全迎合台灣人口味的所謂港式茶記,做到台灣人口味、台灣人喜歡,又成功扮到港式style, 生意做得好,值得欣賞。 餐點來說的話,抱歉,作為一個香港人真的完全不同意是港式餐點了。奶茶做得不好還算了,在台灣生活近一年,開宗明義做港式奶茶但比你們更差的所謂港式餐廳(台灣人開的)多的是。 點了海鮮伊麵、蒸雞飯、菠蘿油、南乳雞翼,令我質疑過去四十年在香港吃過的伊麵究竟是甚麼來的?台灣是可以找到伊麵的,某家連鎖茶餐廳是有賣真正的乾燒伊麵(上餐後有被騙的感覺)。伊麵是甜的、蒸雞飯的雞肉是甜的、蒸雞飯的甜鼓油更是只有甜味,好像在吃甜品一樣啊!這正正就是台灣人口味吧! 吃完再study你們的google comments, 你們說師傅從小跟隨香港師傅學習,等如香港師傅一定是做香港口味?那你們的師傅是有在香港生活過一段時間及有真正體會甚麼是香港口味嗎? 最後想說,你們回覆你們菠蘿包不是台式壓紋去做,這只是說中了一半而已,另外一半或者你們要再找找答案了。 港式裝潢、港式菜單、但是做台灣味道,恕難接受。 還有,如果你們真的不分出台味與港味的區別的話,小弟就無言了。

2022/05/22 中午用餐,照片順序為上菜順序。 - 麵飯類可以加點套餐,C餐含一杯飲料、一份菠蘿油(2個)、梅汁番茄/黃金泡菜2選1。胃口正常的話,分量個人認為有機會供兩個人吃了! - 1.漬番茄去皮且十分入味,推。 2.炒公仔麵味道很足。 3.鴛鴦不錯喝,不會如一些店家不調和的怪感。 4.鮮蝦腐皮捲韭黃很香,搭配店家的辣椒醬頗搭。 5.店家有提供「龍囍辣椒醬」,個人認為是此店的靈魂調料,配麵配飯配小點都適合。 6.菠蘿油一份就是略小的兩個,要分食很方便。 7.蠔油芥藍普通,無絲不老、不過鹹,可以。 8.臘味滑雞蒸飯的肝腸臘腸滿好吃的,但注意名為「蒸飯」,並無鍋巴 : D 9.全部兩個人吃,飽了,打包了一半的飯和一個菠蘿油,供參考。 - 總的而言不錯,可以一試,喜歡的話多試幾次可以找到最符合自己CP值的點法。另建議QRcode點餐可以請工程師再調整一下,它並沒辦法快速登入line帳號,還要手key,頗不便。

一月二十三號禮拜天,剛好路過附近,找尋著晚餐要吃什麼,看到這家裡面人滿多的,就想說來吃吃看。 雖然坐在座位用手機點餐可以少一些人與人的接觸,但還是稍微有點麻煩,都點完單了按送出,結果又跳開了又要重新點一次,這個是比較麻煩的點。 其餘的部分都沒甚麼好挑剔,不管是味道還是服務態度都很好,一碗粥雖然$100出頭,但份量十足,也很好吃,西多士可以搭配飲料加起來也是一百塊多一點,而且鹹檸檬七喜很好喝,大推,冰火菠蘿油就稍微普通一點,店內雖然客人很多,但送餐也不會太慢,服務人員也不會因為忙碌而忘了親切,讓整個用餐的體驗都滿好的。下次有機會會再來光顧。

Good Cantonese flavors with a correctly strong HK milk tea (58). The XO sauce fried rice with beef was fine but the beef could've been more tender (138). The seafood e-noodle tasted great, though the shrimp could've been more salty to have the perfect flavor (148). Overall, recommendable for anyone missing the casual Hong Kong flavors.
