管理費便宜, 管委會也很用心替社區省錢，並汰舊換新一些設備。
交通動線和生活機能都相當不錯。
This community was probably built in 1984. Although it has been around for a while, it has been well managed over the past 10 years. The interaction between the communities is also very kind.
