★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 略帶些許厚度的紅燒湯頭，喝來有著微微肉香，整體調味還算不錯。牛肉是8小塊薄切的一口大小牛腱肉，口感軟硬不一，毋怪乎有人稱像樣在吃牛排般，也算相當少見了。細麵偏軟爛，有點像在吃麵線，整體乾淨平價是在地人解決一餐的好去處！
 The braised soup with a slight thickness has a slight meaty taste and the overall seasoning is not bad. Beef is 8 small pieces of thinly sliced bite-sized beef tendon, with different textures. It is no wonder that some people say that they are eating steak decently, which is quite rare. The thin noodles are soft and rotten, a bit like eating noodles. The overall clean and cheap is a good place for locals to settle a meal!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 首推牛肉麵之一，湯頭不是傳統醬油湯，有很多蔬菜去熬製。湯真的是宏國的重點、無法比。
小菜整體都很喜歡，吃了好多年，宏國牛肉麵是這邊招牌，麻醬麵也蠻愛的。
大家可以去試試看，絕對不雷。
One of the first beef noodles, the soup is not traditional soy sauce soup, there are many vegetables to boil. Soup is really the focus of Hongguo and cannot be compared.
I like the side dishes as a whole. I have eaten them for many years. Hongguo beef noodles are the signature here, and sesame sauce noodles are also my favorite.
You can try it out, absolutely nothing.

牛肉麵（大）$120，幾個來說蠻便宜的，外面很多牛肉麵都大概要快200了。麵體就一般外面的陽春麵，湯味道比較淡，肉越有6-7小塊。
麻醬麵（小）$45，覺得口味挺不錯的，個人比較偏愛這款，麻醬不會到非常稠，上桌已經拌好了，麵都蠻均勻附著了麻醬的汁??
冷盤韭菜$50，覺得挺不錯吃的，下次來還會想點。
豆乾、海帶各$20、豆包$40，跟其他麵店都差不多口味，沒有太多亮點。
肝連$70，這個單價我覺得比較高，份量一般，切的比較薄。
整體來講覺得還OK，有提供廁所、還算蠻乾淨的，肚子餓時可以來吃。

Dried tofu and kelp are $20 each, and beanbags are $40. The taste is similar to other noodle shops, and there are not many highlights.
Liver with $70, I think this unit price is relatively high, the portion is average, and the cut is relatively thin.
Overall, I think it's OK, there are toilets provided, it's fairly clean, and you can eat when you're hungry.
