最大的問題就是隔音真的是非常的令人無法接受，電梯嚴重不足也是大問題，24層每一棟都至少有幾百戶竟然電梯才兩台、上班時間真的是等到天荒地老。

YKK氣密窗真的很好，基本上把99%的室外聲音都能隔絕。
這裡的最大優㸃就是隣近遠東通訊園區，Google第二期將於2023年入伙，到時本區整體工作機會大大增加工作人口將移入本區，再加上整個園區的完善發展，我覺得本區物業前景是升值無限的。

地點超方便的好社區，低公設比、公設完整、管委會機能強大、捷運步行4分鐘、緊鄰65快速道路，且隔壁就是google遠東園區，沒事就會和老婆去那邊蹓狗散步，非常舒服。
缺點：
因戶數多，早上等電梯要等比較久...上班族建議買低樓層，直接逃生梯衝地下室開車比較快。由於近65和醫院，打開窗戶的時候滿吵的，尤其現在武漢肺炎期間..一堆人確診送亞東，救護車班次比往年多很多，YKK雙層氣密窗建議白天要常閉，晚上8、9點後才能再打開。
advantage:

這建案看起來還不錯，內部的管委也運作的很好，內有會議廳，游泳池等等，都還不錯。
附近有藥局，有少數商家，生活機能看起來應該還算方便就是了。
我朋友預計十年後應該能漲 1000 萬，但我自己看倒是沒這麼樂觀，咱們就拭目以待吧。
