蛋煎得非常好，蛋黃有熟但不會過熟，保有軟嫩的口感。應該是本身就很新鮮，與一般早餐店的蛋有一定程度的差別
吐司沒有烤過是為了讓食材與吐司有更好的契合
吐司本身有抹上很棒的鮮奶油白醬
若是真的加上了台式美乃滋或番茄醬只會糟蹋了這些新鮮的食材

The toast has not been roasted to make the ingredients fit better with the toast.
The toast itself has a great creamy white sauce
If you really add table mayonnaise or tomato sauce, it will spoil these fresh ingredients.
