They forced sale their stuff it makes people feel uncomfortable

I personally strongly suggest potential customers to stay AWAY from that shop !! The stuff gave us a faked video making us coming to their shop. Once arrived all possible 5 (!!) puppies were sold (we arrived just 3 hours later and they don't even dare to give us a LINE message about this fact !!) That (selling the puppies so quickly) might be possible, but personally I feel cheated. Once in the store the extremely young staff (seems like a family run business) were quite pushy to sell you any other dog, and I guess most customers are persuaded this way to buy another dog. They even took us to nearby shops (crossing a park and street) - I am not sure, but it seems those shops are somehow all connected to each other ..) We were angry and disappointed and ready to leave and suddenly out of nowhere another option came up. A "friend of a friend" have puppies, but they still need time to spend with their dog-mother. Again 5 puppies available, we were given another short YouTube LINE video (which was highly likely another fake as well). We were "forced" to pay a deposit and promised to be on the top regarding which puppie go chose (as that new information of the new puppies just "as a convenience" came in). We were so stupid to do this arrangement. The next 10 days all of our requests for additional pictures or another videos has been constantly rejected (I don't know the rules, but I find this way very suspicious). I was angry and insisted on a full refund. They firstly denied, but after almost 2 weeks and some kind of "threatening" (enforcing police to show up at their scene) they finally agreed to give us our money back. Before doing that they even tried to drive again to their place, as a refund only can be done in person (which is just ridiculous) !! PS I don't think only THIS particulary shop is bad. Sadly it seems to be a common thing as selling dogs in Taiwan (and probably in every country) is more or less a business. Shops only wanna see your money and keep telling you how beautiful and cute their dogs are. If you sign a deal all shops promise you a 180 day return policy ... I do wonder how this might work out in case if ... Apparently this is also a very good business. I went to many dog shops and (based on my subjective observations) according to those luxury cars the shop owners are mostly driving just backs up my theory. PS I don't think that chewing betelnuts infront of customers is that appealing, but well that's my personal opinion only. Regardless of this shop and my personal experience I ask all potential customers to pay attention to customer service. It is not always the cheap price which most shops are purely relying to advertise on social media !!!

Forcing to buy their products which is 5x more expensive than the original price. By means, it is kinda uncomfortable.. I personally suggest all buyers to bring your pet to the vet once you get home, to make sure it is healthy before its too late.

English is spoken here! I was delighted to interact with the staff comfortably and naturally, which made the whole experience stress-free. Shop is on a quiet lane, so pups are calm and undisturbed. Hygenic shop, family run. We are supremely satisfied with our Yorkie pup. Thank you for this little love factory!
