舉例來說，無骨鹽酥雞我在其他店買都吃得出香味，但在這間店買就只是一包不油膩的炸雞肉……一般鹽酥雞應有的香味很淡。
可能是因為有些店家的鹽酥雞還會沾醬，所以吃起來真的很香。
但這間店似乎沒有什麼特別調味？只有加蔥蒜而已。我個人比較偏愛重口味。
It's not greasy, but the taste is really ordinary.
For example, the boneless salted crispy chicken I buy in other stores can taste the fragrance, but in this store, it is just a package of fried chicken that is not greasy...Generally, salted crispy chicken should have a very light fragrance.
It may be because the salted chicken in some stores is also dipped in sauce, so it tastes really good.
But this shop doesn't seem to have any special seasoning? Just add onion and garlic. I personally prefer heavy flavors.
