11/15第一次到太棒做蛋糕,從臉書私訊預約就覺得感受蠻好的,到現場之後覺得環境設備也不錯,跟友人選擇了摩登芋女跟莓果起司蛋糕~可能之前去的體驗館太貴了,覺得750跟650很佛啊???? 摩登芋女的蛋糕體有加海苔醬超酷的,所以吃起來不會像一般海綿蛋糕只有甜味,中和一下反而更適合怕甜的人☺️抹面是用法式奶霜、擠花用的是北海道鮮奶油,吃起來不像一般鮮奶油這麼甜膩?而且芋泥餡配方做起來超好吃的!!!!可能有加一點玉米粉的關係,綿密中帶點Q感,雖然壓泥的過程手非常痠?(難怪手工的芋泥甜點都那麼貴 當天下午只有我們兩個客人搭配一位小老師,雖然老師一邊忙著做訂單的厚片吐司,但都還是會發摟我們的狀況,幫忙超前部署一些設備或是特殊材料,危急時刻也會速速來救場(抹面失敗的時候?而且都不用看平板就知道我們的烤箱溫度跟下個步驟,太厲害了是都背起來了嗎?最後也主動問我們需不需要餐盤蠟燭 當天的體驗感受相當好,第一次做蛋糕的朋友得到了莫大的信心,成品好看也好吃,一致覺得適合再訪跟推薦給其他人~

今天去做小孩的生日蛋糕,店員很親切地介紹。過程中,店員會主動來看有沒有需要幫忙,也會協助最後蛋糕的成型。真的覺得物超所值,只要來太棒,自己也會成為一個好的蛋糕師傅。很推薦大家來這邊DIY蛋糕。

平日的中午過去做的,其中一桌是在做外燴的所以只要有一桌可以用,剛去的時候有其他4組,所以加上我們空間就比較小一點,不過要離開時只剩兩組空間就很足夠~ 服務人員很親切也很有幫助,會隨時注意你做的狀況。 覺得網路上在蛋糕的挑選上資訊比較不足,比如我去之後才發現自己做的蛋糕其實沒有烤的步驟,所以算是非常簡單,但就沒有這麼有參與感。後來才發現其實可以到現場再挑款式,像我一樣有想體驗指定的方式建議可以到現場決定。 去的時候是12月所以葡萄類的款式可以換成草莓,聖誕節的裝飾可以加購,非常有彈性,這些都有點希望去之前就知道,我可能就會換別種做了哈哈~總之還是滿推薦這個地方的,加上工作人員都滿親切的,建議可以多跟他們溝通再選擇可能會覺得更開心~ *我做的這個叫黑爵,回家後補一個切開的樣子,底是餅乾底,海綿蛋糕,然後上面是奶油跟巧克力慕斯,海綿蛋糕是直接給我們烤好的

拜訪時間:2022/03/12 15.00 跟同事約好一起來這邊做蛋糕? 價格落在600-800左右,蛋糕成品是6寸,體驗時間合計2-3小時,蛋糕加上體驗所以敝人覺得不算貴 第一次踏入這類型的烘焙教室,比想像中還要乾淨整潔,店員也都很親切、有任何問題都可以立刻請他 們幫忙處理,即便像我這樣的甜點菜鳥在這裡也可以充分享受到烘焙的樂趣 首先會給你菜單,選定之後去櫃檯跟店員說,之後他會幫你準備圍裙、電子秤跟一台有你選擇甜點說明書的平板,基本上只要按照說明書上的內容取用對應的食材以及跟著操作,就可以順利的將蛋糕/甜點完成! 看著蛋糕從無到有的過程,而且是自己親手做的,實在是非常有成就感(裝飾的時候真的不行的話還是可以請店員救援喔XD) 之後如果又想做甜點應該會再來訪!
