S	S IU on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一、炒麵、海帶豆干、簡餐、素粽不錯。 1.炒麵：麵條選用油麵，炒麵的湯汁收得蠻乾，盤底沒有殘留，麵條軟中微帶點Q，以油麵來說口感已經算不錯，配料有份量不少的青江菜、豆皮、紅蘿蔔絲、香菇碎，口味清爽，味道不錯。盛麵的盤子不大，但整份炒麵也有二碗多的量。例湯自取，本日是海帶芽湯，料多，湯味道偏清淡。 2.滷味：海帶軟嫩，豆干比一般硬一點，滷得算有入味，若口味不重，可以請店家不要淋醬油膏。 3.簡餐：有五菜。 (1)主菜糖醋里肌，以素米血、馬鈴薯塊、紅蘿蔔塊、蒟蒻塊炸過再炒，口感多重，素米血軟Q，口感很好，整道菜微甜不酸，味道不錯。四樣配菜，炒白菜清脆，竹筍切絲脆口且清甜，絲瓜麵線鮮甜，炒三絲配料有豆干絲、木耳絲及紅蘿蔔絲，豆干絲軟中帶點Q，口感味道均佳。米飯是白米混合紫米，煮得軟中帶Q，口感不錯。整份餐食份量可以，一般男士吃完近八分飽。例湯本日是冬瓜湯，清爽可口。從主配菜、米飯到湯都可看出店家的用心。 (2)番茄炒蛋，酸甜適中，味道很好，炒豇豆，加了切條的百頁，口感有層次，味道清爽，炒小黃瓜片加了少許金針菇，這搭配很爽口，炒木耳微微辣，很下飯，小松菜清脆，例湯是薑絲豆子湯，很特別的搭配，豆子軟硬適中，味道也不錯。 4.素粽：糯米軟黏，所包配料豐富且份量不少，有香菇、花生、素肉塊、素火腿塊、鹹蛋黃、鷹嘴豆、蘿蔔乾。香菇是一整朵，花生顆粒大，素肉塊、素火腿塊大塊，口感很好，鹹蛋黃不腥且不會太鹹，鷹嘴豆也不少，用料實在，味道不錯。二、店內共有九張四人桌，共可容納36人用餐。環境乾淨。
