服務態度非常差 答非所問?!!?! 打半天電話問題無法得到解決 而且只想趕緊掛掉電話 非常不好的工作態度 到底是用人不當還是個案 真令人不解

直接說結論,我連一星都不想給。最糟糕的第四台公司沒有之一。 1.黃姓客服小姐態度真的糟糕,聽不懂客戶詢問的問題一直鬼打牆,不懂反問只會說不知道怎麼幫你跟公司提出建議&協助。售後SOP這樣教的? 2.詢問關於解約的方法,堅持說要攜帶申辦人的相關文件,不能由後續承租者代辦,並且沒有任何配套提供給想提早解約的客戶方,電話表達不夠明確。 3.只想丟包 不願意主動協助關於下期繳費生效期就快到的客戶,是否詢問公司協助提早停掉,也沒有任何表示,只有單方面請客戶想辦法找到印鑑申辦資料,才能幫你問,然後還必須臨櫃辦理;推託之詞,最後結尾不斷重複公司提供24H客服電話歡迎隨時打來,分明想推給其他待線客服。 非常不推薦這間!大大寬頻、大豐有線,都是相關事業體,請大家多比較,相信大家眼睛是雪亮的!
