★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 產品新鮮，具有離心力甩油機，所以吃起來比較 不會油膩，可選擇不同配料 如胡椒粉，辣粉等，亦有梅子粉搭配地瓜，有不錯吃的蜜汁雞排，炸雞蛋豆腐也好吃，外酥內軟，炸皮蛋加上蒜蓉亦有一番風味，值得板橋區，海山分局附近的居民來試試看。
