水餃皮有分一般原味或彩色食材口味。有看到其他評論中提到比一般水餃皮厚、硬，其實建議可以取出一小疊後，邊邊稍微拉一下即可有不錯效果（一個不小心水餃會包成很大顆）。
全麥水餃皮的確是裡面比較厚偏硬一點點的（類似歐式麵包）。
