★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在蝦皮開賣場明明顯示有現貨,下了單等了快一個禮拜,主動詢問何時出貨才說沒貨,也沒詢問客人願不願意等待直接單方面取消訂單,然後帳號就改成休假中了,做生意怎能如此不負責任!有夠糟糕!

我目前已經買2-3罐了,而且鈣隨時都可以買,不想買怕過期,一直推的感覺很不好⋯
後來去旁邊隨便逛逛看看其他東西,服務員居然在櫃檯一直翻我的媽媽手冊⋯感覺真的很糟糕⋯
服務態度又很差……服務員根本就是不耐煩……

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最近去買了促銷優惠的亞培安素優能基配方奶粉, 現場貨不多,要先預訂,但不一定有貨,就是到貨幫你留,去結帳。預定的貨(3瓶)到貨後,取貨付款時,又有別的家人想買,但一樣現場貨不多,加上想要口味(穀物,香草少甜)只有各一,我拿了想另外買(穀物1,香草少甜1)。店員就說穀物少人買,他們只會擺一兩瓶。希望我留著這兩瓶讓別的客人看個樣品,至少架上有貨。但我問那我預定確定有貨嗎?回答都是特價的那批不一定有貨。最後我還是買走了,架上只剩香草口味七八罐。 回去後,感覺很不舒服:1.商品不流通,你可以放空瓶,圖片讓其他客人看,今天就算不是我,別人買走一瓶,架上也是空了。2.既然要做特價活動,那沒貨,要預購就算了,(還不是預購,先登記,有貨在買),還不一定有貨,那做什麼特價活動??總之,感覺不舒服的購物經驗。
