★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 每個人難免會有情緒困擾、遇到難題，卻不方便與家人、朋友訴說，可以打1995（4碼）電話，與協談志工來段隱私的會談，此單位志工雖非心理專業人士，但全部都受過專業訓練，時時進修的愛心志工，還有社工可接受民眾預約作免費心理輔導面談，一切都在尊重個人隱私的過程中進行 。
Everyone will inevitably have emotional distress and encounter problems, but it is inconvenient to talk to family and friends. You can call 1995 (4 yards) to talk to the volunteers for a private meeting. The volunteers of this unit are not psychological professionals. , But all of them are professionally trained, caring volunteers who continue to study, and social workers can accept appointments for free psychological counseling interviews. Everything is done in the process of respecting personal privacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我的身心非常痛苦，常期被5樓的躁音無法入眠，又遭受5樓的恐嚇，我打生命線去求助，生命線回答無法幫我，我想生命線的做法是要等報案者自殺或他殺後，才會很貼切的告訴你生命的可貴性，真的令人失望，這種真是浪費資源，不切實際。就如同會打此通電話是無助且無奈，但生命線無從幫忙
My body and mind are very painful. I can’t sleep because of the noise on the 5th floor, and I am intimidated by the 5th floor. I hit the lifeline to ask for help. The lifeline answers that it can’t help me. It will tell you the preciousness of life, which is really disappointing. This is a waste of resources and unrealistic. It’s like helpless and helpless to make this call, but the lifeline can’t help
