2.一件外套送洗兩個月才好，領取時店員說沒看到外套，還表示搞不好是我已經拿走了。送洗洗這麼久還沒好，已經讓人火大，還說這種話！要求致電老闆娘，卻遲遲不把話筒交給我，然後又馬上從裡面找到剛剛聲稱可能是已被我領走的外套。這又是哪招？！
