★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 越南牛肉河粉，比起其他家甜了許多，湯頭的味道偏重，跟我在別的地方吃的湯頭清爽有香氣，有一點落差。擠上檸檬汁之後，有中和掉甜味。
牛肉沖燙的恰到好處，上桌時還能見到紅色肉片，攪拌後肉質鮮嫩，份量也很足。
The Vietnamese beef pho is much sweeter than other restaurants, and the soup has a heavier taste. It is refreshing and fragrant with the soup I ate in other places, which is a little bit different. After squeezing the lemon juice, it neutralizes and loses the sweetness.
The beef was blanched just right, and red meat slices could be seen when it was served. The meat was tender after stirring, and the portion was very generous.

●紅燒牛肉湯河粉，ＮＴ１００元，湯頭味道濃郁香甜，回味無窮，屬於重口味。
●涼拌生春卷，ＮＴ１００元，裡面包的是米線，蝦仁，肉片，蔬菜，附帶有一塊檸檬和一包魚露。外皮剔透，口感爽脆，沾上醬汁更能夠提升風味。
點菜時店家有告知，因為是現場做的，要等一陣子。不過沒關係，我願意等。等了二十分鐘，下次再試試其他時間來。晚上６：３０左右，這時候的客人很多，大概都有十幾個吧，外帶內用都有。這裡周圍的環境只適合走路或者騎摩托車，腳踏車過來。最近的停車場應該是在中山國小停車場，走過來要三四分鐘吧。
