★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3/5晚上將近7點左右領慢性處方箋的藥，隨口問有沒有酒精，藥劑師說沒有，不到一分鐘，一位婦人進入藥局直接跟另一名藥劑師說買酒精，立即從櫃子拿出酒精販售。我問藥劑師不是說沒有酒精嗎？藥劑師只回覆等我藥單打完，過一會從櫃子拿出酒精讓我去另一名藥劑師那結帳。當下讓人感覺非常差勁！沒任何解釋，也沒道歉！折返時還看到該名藥劑師手上拿2瓶酒精在打量...現在全台防疫時刻，你們有酒精卻不賣，是在囤積酒精嗎？還是只賣給熟客，確保以後業績？此違反公平交易法，可處5萬以上，2500萬罰鍰！請不要在囤積酒精！！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日去拔智齒，醫生有開立止痛及消炎藥，然後就到永欣藥局領藥，藥師很仔細的詢問有沒有用藥過敏的問題?我說上次牙醫師開的止痛藥會過敏，這次有請牙醫師更改藥物，藥師很快速也很專業的發現這次開立的藥物跟上次一模一樣(上次八月也有拔另一邊的智齒，當時的止痛藥會過敏全身癢)，嚇得我趕緊回去牙醫那邊詢問止痛藥換藥的問題，結果是牙醫師忘記更改了。還好有藥師小姐姐的提醒，不然我又要半夜全身癢到失眠了，真的非常感謝，救命之恩、沒齒難忘。
