洪家專業蚵仔煎是位於板橋區民治街119巷巷口的路邊攤,經常可以看到很多人在這邊用餐。 既然店名是專業蚵仔煎,怎麼可以不點一份蚵仔煎來吃呢?他的蚵仔煎非常大一份,可以預期能有一定的飽足感,上面淋的醬我覺得還好,個人比較喜歡南部甜甜鹹鹹的醬,但他們的醬在北部又覺得稍嫌味道不足,蚵仔煎本人外表不夠脆,Q度的話還可以,因為粉漿比例較多的關係,所以覺得蚵仔和白菜有點少,但是如果撇除多加的粉漿的話,料的量跟其他家差不多。 因為怕只吃蚵仔煎不夠飽,所以多點了一碗小滷肉飯,一端上來就看到他的滷肉飯是肥肉多的類型,口味上中規中矩的,不會死鹹,而且因為肥肉的關係,讓飯粒吃起來不會太乾。
