修機車，最重要的是要幫顧客 "排除問題"
機車用了一段時間，每個零件本來就不可能都是新的
所以眼下的機車不能發動，應該是要用細膩的功夫以及修車的專業來判斷是哪一個零件出現問題，而不是東換一個、西換一個，到最後還是不能騎白花了這麼多錢。
最後雙手一攤說這個無法解決的服務態度實在無法令人接受。
