早上在板橋長興餅店看到椪餅，想起萬華華西街「阿猜嬤」二代說過： #椪餅花生湯是婦女補身子的食物，於是帶上一手想給朋友補補～沒想到不適合朋友，只好拿走兩顆幫我的肚皮再上點肉 ?
google了一下台南還有創意吃法：麻油椪餅煎蛋
真是有趣，於是我今天自創吃法～
早午餐是 #椪餅夾炒豆乾
中午把椪餅搞成pizza～小番茄跟椪餅味道很合，酸酸甜甜的?
長興最有名的是白豆沙，但我不太喜歡甜食、又吃素，只好帶上一盒老婆餅，另外也買了檸檬蛋糕與布朗尼、沙其馬，回公司與同事分享。
