2020.10.24 = ★★★★☆ ◉推薦:豆沙餅。 ◉提醒:豆沙餅細緻度高,比【長興餅店】少甜,也比較耐吃一點。 ◉牢騷:老闆動作真的很緩慢... ===================== 【信芳餅店】也位在 板橋南門路的喜餅一條街,就在更知名的【長興餅店】旁邊,只是店面比較小,不是太顯眼。造訪時還有不少路過客人,只是過來買個兩個三個當點心吃。老闆年紀有點大,又跛著腳,裝餅的速度非常緩慢。 ☑豆沙餅(22元) = 外皮比起 【長興餅店】,口感再細緻一點。裡面的白鳳豆泥,扎實綿密,甜度也比【長興餅店】低一點,這一點挺合適現代人的飲食觀念;而比較低糖的情況下,白鳳豆的香氣反到更顯得明顯由的油膩感也比較少,清爽點。完全可以不靠喝水就吃完一整個,嘴底還殘留點香氣,5.5分。如果要送禮給朋友,我會買【信芳餅店】優先於【長興餅店】。 ☑烏豆蛋黃酥(40元) = 比起豆沙餅,烏豆蛋黃酥的餅皮就不太合格,咬就碎裂的亂七八糟,單吃餅皮的香氣也如外觀呈現的一樣不足。不過內餡,這應該是我吃過最"鹹"的蛋黃酥!!? 滿嘴都是鹹蛋黃的味道跟風味,反到是烏豆的甜度變成配角,4.5分。

這次買了 綠豆凸 鳳梨酥(本以為是小塊結果是餅狀的?) 本想試試看豆沙蛋黃酥跟芋頭的結果全賣掉了? 但是很另人驚豔的是 這種像是傳統大餅的皮吃起來很酥脆 一口接一口 很適合配茶當下午小點心 裡面還吃的到鳳梨纖維 脆脆的口感真的很不錯 (感覺拿去冰箱冰過後更讚) 另外 這個豆沙的真的也讓我驚訝 微微鹹香 又帶點酥皮的外層 不死甜豆沙入口綿綿多層次的口感 也很推薦給大家 剛出爐的就是好粗的啦 這次也買了隔壁的老店做比較 果然各有不同?

A very traditional Taiwanese style mung bean pastry, soft and fluffy mung bean filling covered in thin pastry, oven baked till everything is cooked. texture is light and melt in your mouth, not too sweet, goes very well with a cup of Taiwanese tea.
