★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 清咸豐五年(1855)，林本源家族在原枋橋街建城，並在東、西、南、北四城門外各建一座土地公廟鎮守城門。北城門土地公舊址原在現今板橋國小地下停車場入口處。日據明治三十五年(1902)，日人拆除坊橋城，四座城門的土地公便集祀於西門土地公廟。民國八十年代，有吳萬金等人將原北門城土地公請出西門土地公廟，在現址公館街上另建北門福德宮。
In the five years of Qing Xianfeng (1855), the Lin Benyuan family built a city on the original Fangqiao Street, and built a land public temple to guard the city gates outside the four gates of the east, west, south and north. The former site of Beichengmen Land was originally located at the entrance of the underground parking lot of Banqiao Elementary School. In the thirty-five years of the Japanese occupation of Meiji (1902), the Japanese demolished Fangqiao City, and the land servants of the four gates were worshipped at the Ximen Land Public Temple. In the 1980s, Wu Wanjin and others invited the former North Gate City land to the West Gate Land Temple, and built the North Gate Ford Palace on the street of the current site.
