貴公司身為大樓物業管理,卻不清楚公寓大廈法條相關規定。已多次向新北市政府求證得知,我們社區大樓的停車格停放機車並無違反使用執照。貴公司卻阻擋我們機車停放汽車格之提案,不讓我們在社區表決,反覆跳針我們違法不得表決,且散佈錯誤資訊給其他住戶告知我們提案違法。 後續我們多次嘗試溝通,希望雙方可至新北市政府查證,但貴公司卻置之不理且不斷跳針。 我們要的只是可以走正常程序表決,不懂貴物業公司要百般阻撓?
