★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天晚上接待預約患者的小姐態度很好，但是看完之後協助預約的小姐態度可以不要這麼爛嗎？來看診的都是病患，有病痛，有各式需求和不方便，你不只不體諒，冷言冷語是這樣，你來上班也是要混口飯吃，可是不要吃的這麼難看，你可以做得更好，為什麼要讓患者在google評論上抱怨，難道你不希望人家稱讚妳嗎？如果你不想處理患者的各式難題，把自己定位成機器人按表操課，說真的，絕美也可以解雇你了，患者自己上系統預約就好了，如果你不想為診所加分沒關係，也不要成為扣分的存在好嗎？

看診時可以透過前方的螢幕看到顯微鏡畫面真的很酷，對溝通很有幫助！
