★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 購物體驗只能說爛透了，總店有位年紀最長的女性(大晚上戴墨鏡的腦x)，說了三次尺寸，第一次固執給他認為的尺寸，第二次不耐煩，第三次表明不想服務。
甩態的讓人火大，這種愛理不理的狀況不是第一次被說了，普通人之間的互動能夠沒禮貌成這次模樣，也請那位女性不要白活了一把年紀，這麼沒長進，正常的互動及態度請改正。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員都不理人，我看了一雙鞋上面原本有掛一個買一送一的牌子，問了帶墨鏡的老闆娘有沒有我的號碼的時候，他居然默默的把牌子拆掉（還被我看到）

一時恍神，拿四千給他
點完錢收進收銀櫃裡，發票打出來，
我事後想到，跟他說
才從收銀櫃拿一千出來還我???
叫他拿個鞋子，跟我說要走到5樓
叫我要確認好???
要結帳，要等他在外面抽菸抽完??
從小到大在萬岳也買了幾十萬了，
中山店服務不好，回總店買也這樣?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 對於一個沒在網路上買過鞋子總認為買鞋要到實體店試穿
既然實體店給了這樣的服務就該把錢給實體店賺的我，在這次萬岳的服務後我心裡的想法已經動搖。
找到想買的鞋子試穿也合適後，詢問店員有沒有全新的庫存得到的答覆是只有架上那一雙，沒有別的庫存，就只能賣我這雙大家試穿過的。
不死心的我問了同款式不同配色的，也得到一樣回覆。
我真的很難想像，這就好像灰姑娘的玻璃鞋嗎? 一堆人試穿後終於找到那個有緣人了。售出~~
我可不是挑甚麼冷門款阿~ 該款式不同顏色加上寬楦的好歹擺出五六雙放在成列架上~~ 我也不是大腳或小腳這種難買鞋的尺寸阿~~
實體店在網路通路的競爭下已經少了價格上的優勢，若無法透過服務與體驗的方式留住客人，終究走向被淘汰的命運。
在萬岳我買過多次的鞋子與衣服褲子，我未來還是會找實體店買鞋，但萬岳只能說謝謝不再見了。
