★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 非常不合理 在4/14號投保 因為去年保的一張保單5/14號過期,故意拖超久不核保單,前幾天又變更規定只限同業跟自己全部加起來只能一張保單,但我另一張就是已經過期,現在什麼都沒有核保故意拖,如果真的是要投機賺防疫財根本不會落到現在什麼都沒有,不視情況核保說如果4/14號之前你有其他保單就是超標,但你規定一直在變當初說可以,那我是不是也可以要求規定也應該照14號之前的核保標準? 只有對自己好的核保規定照舊,不斷拖延更新省核件數實在看不懂,要不然就把天天核保資料公布數據,當初相信你們投保一開始改制度是說怕有心人斂財,現在修改成這樣 真的是看不懂? 退保的基準很不合哩,甚至在合約根本沒提到,吃相太難看賺錢只想獵地蓋大樓都安靜不吵,是否有逃漏稅?現在核保不利於自己 馬上退 比富邦難看太多

我老婆去年跟你們買防疫險(產品是「安心保法定傳染病醫療健康保險」附加「法定傳染病隔離費用保險金附加條款」),最近確診、居家隔離,解除隔離後到你們這裡申請理賠,結果櫃台收件的小姐擺個臭臉跟她說,沒有隔離通知書就不能申請。
因為隔離通知書不知道多久才會來,不過我們並沒有要申請隔離費用的理賠,同時也是因為不符合資格(因為不是住防疫旅館),主要是要申請確診的理賠部分。原本還以為是我們自己搞錯,結果打開保單條款一看,安心保的主約(法定傳染病醫療健康保險)裡面,關於確診的理賠給付條件與申領文件如下:
第十條 法定傳染病關懷保險金之給付
被保險人於本保險契約有效期間內,經醫師診斷確定罹患第二條約
定之法定傳染病者,本公司依本保險契約約定之法定傳染病關懷保
險金額定額給付法定傳染病關懷保險金。
第十二條 保險金的申領
受益人申領保險金時,應檢具下列文件:
一、保險金申請書。
二、醫療診斷書或住院證明。(但要保人或被保險人為醫師時,不
得為被保險人出具診斷書或住院證明。)
三、受益人的身分證明。
在主約裡面完全沒有一個字提到需要隔離通知書,只有在「隔離費用保險金附加條款」裡面才有提到需要“衛生主管機關開立之相關隔離證明”。
結果兆豐產物台北分公司的人用附加條約的條款,來拒絕我們申請主約的理賠,請問貴公司,這是什麼邏輯?隔天我打電話到你們這邊,請教你們為何不受理申請、害我老婆白跑一趟?我只是要你們看看你們自己的保單條款,指出到底我們哪裡有錯?你們為什麼有理由可以不受理?結果接電話的那個傢伙,不管我說什麼,很不耐煩地只跟我說:「有沒有隔離通知書?有的話就拿來申請理賠」,從頭到尾完全沒有想要理解我的問題、更別說連一句道歉都沒有。請問這位先生,你是腦袋有問題、耳朵有問題還是眼睛有問題?你聽得懂我在跟你說什麼嗎?你看得懂你們家的保單條款裡寫什麼嗎?
後來我打去你們總公司客訴,那邊的小姐才好好地跟我溝通,從她那邊我才確認,本來就不用隔離通知書,就可以申請確診的理賠金。雖然她也跟我解釋,台北分公司沒有防疫險的專責理賠人員,所以可能造成誤會。為什麼總公司的人就知道什麼叫做“溝通”,台北分公司的人就不懂?不懂的人就請你別接電話了吧,接了之後被人幹譙也只是剛好而已。
