★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很棒，即使我特意撥空，大老遠跑過去，抽號碼牌等很久，結果發現我想辦的保單變更事項早在半年前就被我以聯繫業務員的方式處理好了，真糗。但櫃檯氣質輕熟女也沒笑我（是笑在心底吧！）我只能說一句：認識妳真好…………快步離去……
It’s great. Even if I made a special call, I ran all the way and waited for a long time to draw the number plate. I found out that the policy change I wanted to do was handled by contacting the salesman half a year ago. It’s really embarrassing. But the light-hearted mature woman at the counter didn't laugh at me (I'm smiling in my heart!) I can only say one thing: it's nice to know you............Quickly leave......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天的服務人員王鏞茗（Abby wang)親切有禮，選擇離峯時間辦理業務很幸運抽號就直接臨櫃辦理（之前看評價等待蠻久的例子不少）建議如果您時間允許，盡量選擇離峯時間較不需等待喔！
Today's service staff, Abby wang, is kind and courteous. I was lucky to choose the off-peak time to handle the business. I was lucky to draw a number and go directly to the counter (there are many examples of waiting for a long time after seeing the evaluation). I suggest that if you have time, try to choose Off-peak hours don't have to wait!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 專業說明很棒，不會讓客戶等太久時間。只是希望理賠速度以及專業度不要輸給南山人壽，實在有點非常不理想，如此規模的保險公司，牙齒理賠要兩周以上（南山三天即撥款），醫生證明收據細項還要按照富邦格式寫（明明是實支實付），才能理賠的跟南山一樣多，希望能改進，不然買那麼多張富邦的保單，實在令人擔憂?
Professional instructions are great and don't make customers wait too long. I just hope that the speed of claim settlement and professionalism will not lose to Nanshan Life Insurance, which is really not ideal. For an insurance company of this scale, it takes more than two weeks to settle a dental claim (Nanshan will allocate funds within three days). If you write (it is clearly paid out), you can claim as many as Nanshan. I hope it can be improved. Otherwise, it is really worrying to buy so many Fubon insurance policies?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 板橋新埔站附近富邦證卷的大樓上面。電梯分兩邊這邊不是上面顯示的17樓。已經變成15樓。意外坐錯樓剛好找到了！服務人員態度非常親切。
Above the Fubon Securities Building near Banqiao Xinpu Station. The elevator is divided into two sides, not the 17th floor shown above. It has become the 15th floor. I found it by accident on the wrong building! The attitude of the service staff is very kind.

汽機車停車位難找，大眾運輸比較方便，捷運新埔站＆多線公車。
?You can apply for policy claims/loans by yourself, and the receptionists at the counter are very professional.
It is difficult to find parking spaces for automobiles and motorcycles, and public transportation is more convenient, such as MRT Xinpu Station and multi-line buses.
