我的健保卡壓膜有破損,但是這樣用了好幾年都沒聽過其他醫院診所或其他需要讀健保卡的地方說過什麼,醫生看診時叫我要換健保卡,不然這樣他們讀卡機可能會壞掉,當下我也說好,結果看完之後又在唸 說這一台要3,4千,如果用壞了要叫我賠;從來沒人跟我說過這樣不能使用 真的有疑慮不想接就不要接,態度有必要這麽差嗎

過年期間因為莫名流鼻血,久久未停打電話詢問貴診所後,表示有營業且可以馬上看診,久久未跑百米就為了能馬上解決鼻血問題衝到這家診所求治,掛完號因為鼻血仍不止,一直更換紗布,大概過了十分鐘,診所內無跳號碼也沒半個人在診間,又過了一陣子仍毫無動靜,走到櫃檯發現三位診所人員滑著手機,都告知前台人員已經流鼻血好幾個小時但不為所動,又過了一陣子終於看到醫生,因為手上都是鼻血,看到感染性垃圾桶後詢問護士及醫生表示叫我丟到裡面,但鼻血速度實在太快了我就一直丟,醫生就回:你不要再丟了,會臭啊。到底是怎樣啊 要我丟 丟了又說臭 你們診所到底哪裡有問題?先不說前台三個護士有沒有牌,醫生也不知到在鬧什麼,一切結束後拿了我的藥包走回去,打開藥正要吃發現連名字都寫錯了,護士怪 醫生怪 連發藥的也怪 大過年的被這家搞到更不舒服。
