The place is sanitzed well, however i don't like how they handle the babies, it is kind of dangerous. Yes, I know they are pros, but adding extra cautions will not hurt.

I wouldn’t want to come back again... they are a very commercial clinic and treat you with little care. Very little explanations and careless attitude from the nurse. Horrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend it to any of my friends. The one star is only for their fancy exterior and brand new building. 不會再來也不會介紹任何朋友，只有裝潢好，幾次來的經驗都好差。懷孕還要來受氣...

I just got an IUD replacement here and had a lovely experience (other than the actual IUD insertion which is always hell, obvi). First, the desk staff speak very little English so you do have to wait to see the doctor to ask any questions and they do not take reservations. My doctor was Dr. Guo (郭仲瀅) who spoke excellent English and had a great sense of humor. When I came in the first time, she explained they only offered Bayer's copper IUDs (at only 2000NT!). I told her I only wanted Bayer's hormonal Mirena. She immediately got on the phone and called a local hospital to order one for me! She told me to come back in two days. The Mirena would cost 8800NT which is what I had been quoted at hospitals in Taipei and was still much less that other private clinics (I'd heard of some charging up to 15K!). So I came back in two days and only had to wait about 10 minutes to see Dr. Guo. She let my friend come in with me for support, cracked jokes, talked me through the procedure as she did it, and didn't mind any of my theatrics. Exactly the level of proffesionalism and the personality I wanted for such a stressful procedure and I'd bet she's good at other gyno stuff as well. 10/10 would recommend Dr. Guo.

1. The staff seems too busy to give proper attention to the patients, I’ll not trust the life of my children to be giving birth here. 2. Be careful if you’re first time to visit there, you have to go to second floor to put your ID card in the checkin machine, otherwise even you registered in the 1st floor and you got your number, and even you’re on time to be there, they will still passing your number and ask you for waiting another patient which they already charged their ID card. And not only one or two people you have to wait maybe 5-10 people depending on how many people they put their ID card in that system in front of you. 3. Disappointed, disorganized, unprofessional.
