★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中午利用空檔去8樓服務中心辦資料，櫃檯只有2名承辦，抽了號碼牌，要等4位。也許前面來的民眾，辦的事情複雜，我足足等了20分。在久侯中，顯得新光機動性著實太差。後面突然間又開了幾個櫃台，在我之後來的民眾，就沒像我等這麼久，這是我的運氣差嗎？
At noon, I went to the service center on the 8th floor to do the materials. There were only 2 people at the counter. After drawing the number card, I had to wait for 4 people. Maybe the people who came in front had complicated things to do, so I waited for 20 minutes. In Jiuhou, it seems that Xinguang's mobility is really poor. Several counters suddenly opened behind me, and the people who came after me didn't wait as long as I did. Is this my bad luck?
