滷肉飯跟豬腳實在是太好吃了 每一餐都想要再來一碗 真的是感動到哭了 終於吃到小時候的回憶 家裡人都喜歡吃滷肉飯,以前常在鬍鬚張吃,現在越來越少有滷肉很多而且味道也感覺沒那麼好了,這次因緣際會來到板橋好兄弟開的店讓我吃到小時候的記憶味道^_^ 真不錯,小時候的味道找回來了呢!

平日中午過去吃的,店內走原住民裝潢,蠻多原住民元素的,木方桌、木椅,環境乾淨,目測座位應該有20個吧。點的是腿庫飯套餐,飯的部分是滷肉飯,醬汁淋得蠻多的,滷汁不會太稀,味足滷肉也給的多,光吃滷肉飯就快把飯吃完了。主餐是用盤子額外裝,內容物有腿庫、油豆腐半塊、滷蛋一顆、滷筍乾。腿庫是有切過的,我一般吃的腿庫都是一整塊,可能一般人看到一圈脂肪沒什麼興趣,且有可能裡面脂肪可能滷汁滷不進去,造成要吃的時候,吃的時候會只有脂肪膠質感和味道,切片後每片腿庫都有沾到滷汁,且瘦肥肉的比例都不會差太多,吃起來蠻過癮的,吃到後面還加點一碗白飯配。其他配菜都還可以把中規中矩,筍乾不會太柴卡牙縫,ㄧ咬即斷,滷蛋不會滷到成鐵蛋太硬,蛋白也有滷進去,油豆腐就略差一點,沒什麼味道。整體來說這一份套餐只要100真的蠻划算的,後來看到對面店家好吃到還幫他拉布條打廣告真的頗扯的,算是cp值好吃的一家店。

口味足但不過鹹,份量ok,惟燙青菜份量有點少,如果燙青菜份量多一點的話我會給五星 腿庫飯附湯(ubereat價145,ubereat優惠價116,店內價100可能沒附湯),白飯單吃口感稍偏乾硬不Q但是跟滷肉一起吃比較不明顯,皮跟肥肉軟而不爛,肉仍帶口感/不到軟嫩/但絕對沒有柴,淋上的滷肉不是非常細碎的而是小丁的皮+肥肉。油豆腐還不錯吃,偏軟。筍絲一般,大約2口的份量(照片中的筍絲份量是兩個便當筍絲的總和)。滷蛋ok。 腿庫麵線附湯(ubereat價170,ubereat優惠價136,店內價125可能沒附湯),麵線口感還在,不會軟爛。麵線裡不附油豆腐。 燙青菜(店內價40,ubereat價48) ,口味ok(蒜味),份量稍少 附的湯口味清淡,不難喝但也不算好喝,裡面有3塊白蘿蔔/芹菜末/油蔥酥,比一般便當店附湯好喝一點點,但是如果要用30元(店內菜單上的季節湯品)來買我是絕對不會買的。
