1,幼兒園一直有超收問題,師生比違反法律規定,老闆被罰也罰不怕,可以去新北市教育局網頁找超收被罰的幼兒園,新北市都有公布。 請搜尋:新北市幼兒教育資源網 2,安親班接送一直行之有年的超載問題, 大一點的學生都知道有超載問題,也曾被罰過但公司仍不改善。 3,寒暑假要求老師配合公司放無薪假,老闆並要求老師用暑假無薪假來公司做教室佈置,佈置做不好還會被老闆唸,老闆要求老師十項全能,但薪水給的十分卑微,敢要求多就不要怕給薪水,若怕多給薪水就沒資格要求這麼多教學以外的事情。 4,公司假日會找老師去師訓,其實就是聽坊間講師的大拜拜,重點是無薪!無薪!無薪!殊不知主管老闆聽了也都在打瞌睡,不懂到底這樣的師訓到底有沒有用!?還都只是流於形式!? 而且無薪的假日找員工來聽師訓,請問新北市勞工局是不是需要來勞檢一下!? 很多離職老師都覺得在這份工作不被尊重和心裡受委屈,最可笑的是入職後會要求老師簽工作契約,當場看完就簽名,也沒有給額外的審閱期,一年一簽,正職工作搞得像約聘工作一樣,請老闆好好傾聽員工的心聲,把員工當資產,公司才會茁壯,把員工當奴隸壓榨,公司前景堪憂。
