頂多兩次就可以完成的事，因為電話客服與業務員的疏失讓人多忙很多事
總公司客服(女生)感覺也滿沒耐心的

At 15:30 pm on 1/22, we will go to the scene to apply for the surrender of automobile liability insurance. After the service staff helped me with the settlement, although only a few hundred yuan can be refunded, I only waited 5 minutes to complete it. Staff service attitude, for me, feels pleasant.
