已於前一周撥打2227-3131客服人員說當日帶雙證件來就可以辦理，結果我帶了駕照護照健保卡來櫃員說一定要身份證，平日要來銀行已經很難了，好不容易來了也帶了客服告知的資料，結果還被耍
