★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 買的麻辣鍋，從在蘆洲吃到麗媽中原店的麻辣鍋之後，一直想念。之前工作在那邊。現在離開了。就一直在其他店尋找那個味道。在新莊。板橋吃了好多家。都沒有中原的好吃。只有辣味。沒有麻.辣.香。基本上不會再光顧。

由於現在使用酒精膏的很少見了
所以才需要現煮
但就是因為是現煮的所以會需要較久的等待時間 我覺得是合理的
但在現場看到滿多人要吃又不願意等
就覺得很奇怪 人家是服務業又不是自家廚房
其實有很多管道選擇已經很不錯了
看到很多人都是在家裡坐著等的或是先去忙自己別的事情
這樣的便利性還要承受客人的負面情緒
覺得服務業真的辛苦了！！
