櫃檯也沒有問我有沒有去過
後面直接嗆說妳沒有來過一開始就要講沒有來過
請問..妳身為櫃檯本來就應該先詢問，這是妳們應該的，沒去過的，會知道打電話預約要先說沒去過？真的很枉費妳還有年紀！禮儀非常差，如果妳不願意接電話可以不要接待櫃檯！沒人欠妳錢！一大早的讓人感覺非常差！
