4/1早上家中冰箱有異音緊接者有異味,拔掉插頭後上找維修站,客服人員告知維修人員都已經派工外出,當日若來不及則需要等連休4/6後再來,等到下午三點沒消息,猜已經無望,因冰箱已經使用多年,出門準備看新冰箱途中,太太接到維修人員電話,目前手邊工作已完成可以過來,若檢視後決定不維修需支付400檢視費,我們返家等候約十分鐘就抵達。經檢視是有異物捲入散熱風扇,取出將底座清潔乾淨後插入電源,冰箱一切恢復正常,且聲音變得很安靜,目前使用一週冷度優於維修前。值得讚許的是客服人員說明清楚,維修人員將冰箱搬出維修後,預留時間讓我們清潔地上多年的污垢,更難得的是我們冰箱是2001買的已經21年,居然還有這樣的服務,僅花費600元。
