這一間是蠻有名的店,中午時間很多人,樓上位置比較多。 排骨酥是用豬小排,軟骨都燉到軟化了,以這樣的煮法算很特別的! 排骨要先醃入味,裹粉再炸,再怎麼樣軟骨也不會軟化,中間一定要經過燉煮或壓力鍋才會軟化,如果是炸後再燉或進壓力鍋,外層的炸粉會散開或分離,所以應該是醃好後先燉或進壓力鍋煮軟爛,裹粉再酥炸。 才會有部份評論說肉太乾,但我覺得還好~厲害的是那軟骨都可入口! 小菜裡的小魚干也很好吃~吃得到柴魚味有放柴魚片,沙糖是未溶的有顆粒口感,仔細品嚐,很美味的~ 環境乾淨,排骨好吃,小菜也不錯。比台中廟旁很有名的好吃多了~!
