蔥抓餅加蛋雖然不錯吃，而且完全不油膩(很難得能吃到完全不油的蔥抓餅！超稀有)，但是老闆醬油加得很吝嗇，看他只是稍微淋一下而已，果然吃起來沒多少醬油，這點很可惜。

1張會切成8片，每4片裝成一袋。
這算是一家健康的蔥油餅，因為少油，也不是早期那種桿很多層有點厚度一絲一絲的那種（基本上已經不好找了）
吃起來是屬於薄餅的口味，但蔥給的多，且仔細嚼是會吃到麵粉的香味。
算是有自己特色的蔥油餅，老闆最後問要不要淋醬油膏，淋上去味道也剛好。
