★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 有位長髮白皮膚瘦瘦的女店員，若是買她推薦的藥品或健康食品，態度佳；若是我自己找了想買的產品去詢問，她態度不佳，有時甚至不理會，轉而去服務其他大戶的客人，幸好旁邊有另一位店員熱心來幫我結帳，否則被晾在一旁也不知如何是好，這情形有好幾次了，所以後來只要是她當班時就不去買東西，或者去附近另一家藥局買。
There is a long-haired, thin-skinned female clerk who has a good attitude if she buys the medicines or health foods she recommends; if I find a product I want to buy, she has a bad attitude, sometimes even ignores it, and turns I went to serve other big customers. Fortunately, there was another clerk next to me who was eager to help me check out. Otherwise, I didn’t know what to do if I was left by the side. This happened several times, so I didn’t buy it as long as she was on duty. Things, or go to another nearby pharmacy to buy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 剛媽媽在貴店購買75%酒精，一般購買能肌膚清潔之用。可是到店裡購買時，店裡只有清潔機械消毒專用的酒精，媽媽剛買來，店員說這酒精買了不能退，但照常理，店員應該推薦適合的酒精，如果沒有，就不該強銷，不是嗎？何來買錯不能退的道理？這間藥局沒站在消費者角度，硬賣給我們，下次不會再來貴店消費。???
