★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1/23更換濾心後無廢水排出,多次聯繫客服終於2/22派人維修,經檢測結果為進出水管接錯導致水質異常(TDS數值 62)。這無疑是讓消費者喝了1個月沒有過濾&沒煮沸的生水,且會造成濾心有所損壞。
此疏失貴司板橋店長卻是極度冷處理,每次主動聯繫貴司就是會盡快給您答覆,截至今日已經過了2個月了,我不確定這是店長個人行為又或是千山淨水就是如此對待消費者。
附上維修單給有意購買的消費者參考
千山淨水總公司客服願意將機器內的所有濾心免費做一次更換,降低使用疑慮。品牌經營不易,有好的產品也要有好的團隊努力,請多多加強員工教育訓練。
After replacing the filter core on 1/23, no waste water was discharged. After contacting customer service many times, we finally sent someone to repair it on 2/22. The test result was that the water quality was abnormal (TDS value 62) due to the wrong connection of the inlet and outlet pipes. This undoubtedly makes consumers drink unfiltered & unboiled raw water for 1 month, and will cause damage to the filter core.
This negligence, the manager of Banqiao, is extremely cold. Every time I contact your company, I will give you a reply as soon as possible. It has been 2 months as of today. I am not sure if this is the manager's personal behavior or Qianshan Pure Water treats it like this. consumer.

The customer service of Qianshan Water Purification Corporation is willing to replace all the filter elements in the machine for free once to reduce the doubts about use. Brand management is not easy, and good products require good team efforts. Please strengthen employee education and training.

第一次說水壓太大而造成補水的時候會有答答聲,需要自費500加裝減壓閥
沒多久水電剛好來家裡看,水壓根本不夠怎麼可能太大,浪費了500塊,技師經驗不足;走之後發現跟客戶借的工具就直接丟在水槽下方的櫃子也沒整理好歸還,此為無職業道德。
第二次來更換濾心,花了將近2小時,還未注意而導致水從後方進/排水孔噴灑出,將水泥牆及家具噴的都是水,嚴重損毀。而且還拿濕到在滴水的抹布去清潔機器內部,導致機器跳出Error9的錯誤訊息,有造成內部零件損毀的疑慮,甚至技師走了之後發現他把髒的抹布丟在鍋子裡...?
此外平日若要透過電話投訴,門市電話都會轉到總公司去,總公司客服人員也堅持把問題擋下來不幫忙轉接到門市去,讓客戶都必須親自跑一趟去投訴。相當不便。
雖後續板橋店店長已承諾半年內若機器有問題他全權負責,且備註以後都會派經驗較豐富的技師前來更換濾心或維修,但連續兩次技師案例,已對此品牌失去信心,之後換機器時絕對不會考慮同一品牌。且反映出員工訓練嚴重有待加強。希望後續面試時除了技術更要針對新進技師的職業道德做評估。

In addition, if you want to complain by phone on weekdays, the call from the store will be transferred to the head office, and the customer service staff of the head office also insists on blocking the problem and not helping to transfer it to the store, so that customers have to go to the store in person to complain. Quite inconvenient.
Although the manager of the subsequent Banqiao store has promised that he will be fully responsible if there is a problem with the machine within half a year, and he will send more experienced technicians to replace the filter or repair it in the future, but two consecutive cases of technicians have lost confidence in this brand. Never consider the same brand when changing machines. And it reflects the serious need to strengthen staff training. I hope that in the follow-up interview, in addition to technology, the professional ethics of new technicians should be evaluated.
