客人本來就不是專業，想來建材行詢問討論，結果店員態度冷淡也明顯不耐煩不想解釋客人詢問的任何問題（連正眼看也不想看），好像客人是白癡一樣，真的很差勁。
但年紀較大的老闆人很熱心，送貨也很熱心。
