不會再來這家診所了!看到留言果然有人跟我一樣,進去填了一張症狀單,結果進去只問你流鼻水嗎?我說我主要是喉嚨痛一個月看不好,看幾家都沒辦法,醫生居然就嗆說你講話清楚一點好嗎? 而且一進去還有一個病人在看,就聽到他跟病人說,你這病不會好了啦! 這什麼醫生啊??有些病的確不會好,但是可以抑制輕鬆點,不然病人幹嘛找你看.... 然後也是跟其他留言一樣,動作超粗魯硬塞兩個棉花棒在你鼻子裡,超痛...根本沒給人準備...

醫師專業,護士親切。 但總是有美中不足的地方。 今天回診看到有來看病的客人帶狗進來掛號,還直接讓狗坐在椅子上,甚至還把狗帶進診間室,觀感極差,畢竟診所是看病的地方,且貴院為「耳鼻喉科」,對就醫患者有過敏症狀或體質看病權益受影響,該院應在這方面加強宣導,希望孫醫師看到這個留言能多加注意院內衛生。

我不是一個喜歡在網站上評論的人,最近幾年深受鼻竇炎及過敏性鼻炎困擾經過朋友介紹來盛強耳鼻喉科給孫醫師治療一兩個月已經控制非常的好。 昨晚看到一個婦人給孫醫師下跪道謝感人的畫面及病人送花籃致謝和這兩個月來所見所聞感觸良多特別分享。 前些日子目賭第一次來掛號的病人口氣態度很差,小姐很客氣請問有什麼樣的不舒服及過去是否有用藥過敏反應,不是愛理不理就當做沒聽到甚至回答的口氣很沖,看完病領藥時藥劑師很客氣的解釋用藥方法,他也不顧後面一堆病人在等包藥領藥,還一顆一顆的詢問藥師這是什麼藥做什麼的為什麼要開這種藥像考試一樣,噢!應該說是質問為什麼要開這些藥,口氣也不好也不願意看看收據的藥品說明,後面等待的人都翻白眼了,他還自以為是自己權益的展現對醫護及他人的不尊重。 相反的大多數病人來求醫感受到醫師很仔細的診斷、解釋說明病情原因及治療,還有護士小姐親切的關懷,藥劑師重點扼要的使用說明令人感受到這是一家既專業又令人信賴心安的診所。 備註: (1):彼此尊重是良性互動的關鍵 (2):醫院診所看病治療應該和到餐廳用餐享受服務不一樣的吧!

在鼻子過敏非常嚴重的時候,做了些功課想找住家附近良好的耳鼻喉科,這家診所就已經在我的口袋名單內,一直都還沒撥時間來做檢查,就因為打疫苗先前來,在一天要應付幾百個需打疫苗的民眾外,一人一個問題之下,從掛號到打疫苗、醫生、護士、藥劑師,每一個都不厭其煩,態度之良好!若日後有看診需求,一定會選擇此診所!

來這邊頻繁的做療程 療程時間20分鐘 進去看醫生不到一分鐘 然後等藥30分鐘…. 我前面沒有人配我一份藥需要花超過半小時(? 每次來都要這樣浪費時間真的是… (還有健保卡忘記還我、第二次也要我提醒才記得,不然卡又要留在那了…)

醫生超級親切,還幫我衛教了一堂耳朵的課,護理人員也都很客氣,感謝住家附近有這麼好耳鼻喉科,也確實找出病因,然後制定治療方式,真的感謝醫生
