平價台式飯麵館,餐點份量充足。招牌為腿庫飯,腿庫不會過肥及太乾,可惜配菜有點單調,但仍值得推薦。另外要推薦的是乾拌麵,麵體硬度適中且香氣十足。

兩年前在長江路邊開業的腿庫飯,營業時間是17:00~24:00,也是夜間食堂。 自從幾年前華江橋頭的牙籤焢肉飯因為都更收掉後,這裡就常被拿來比較,主要因為這裡的腿庫飯也有插竹籤去滷。 不過實際上以前牙籤焢肉販的焢肉是五花肉,跟萬華祖師廟的一甲子比較像,這裡的腿庫是後腿肉,做法跟彰化的爌肉飯比較像。 雖然只有開業兩年,但來消費的看起來都是老客人,大家都熟門熟路的,相對之下,老闆和老闆娘對於對臨時停車來吃的新客人感覺是愛理不理的。 店裡就5張四人桌,2張在上面,3張併排在下面騎樓上,因為騎樓的地不平,所以椅子很搖。 內用就自己找位置然後填單,雖然去年開始有漲價,近期滷蛋也變成15元,但看到滷肉飯小碗的25元還是覺得很甘心。 看招牌上主打的應該就是肉羹、腿庫飯和魯肉飯,招牌上還有說口味來自台中。 桌上的醬料瓶是用牛奶挖洞的,之前在三重的魯肉飯店有看過這種做法,不然就是小南門附近的乾麵店也有,現在買醬料罐明明很方便,不曉得為何還要這樣做。 桌上有烏醋、白胡椒、朝天椒粉、辣油和辣椒,想要怎麼配都行,但不是每桌都有湯匙,要吃腿庫飯不方便。 腿庫飯有附酸菜、辣蘿蔔和滷豆輪,腿庫滷的有醬香但不夠軟透,這到可以選配滷蛋要+15元。 白菜滷有夾到一塊梗,處理的不是很好,味道尚可但感覺缺一味。 油豆腐20元有4塊,滷的很香,還會淋滷汁。 魯肉飯有配筍絲和酸菜,滷肉幾乎都是塊狀肥肉,吃起來肥而不膩,且醬汁鹹甜很涮嘴好吃,口感比腿庫好,可惜的是飯偏黏,但這碗應可擠進板橋魯肉飯Top 5。 而且滷肉飯和腿庫飯都用白瓷碗,這個很重要,拿起來扒飯手上有份量。 手工肉羹湯有8塊自製的赤肉羹,這沒有裹粉,有紮實的肉感,羹湯湯頭勾芡沒有很重。 綜合湯裡有黑輪、貢丸、鱈魚丸、甜不辣、紅白蘿蔔和米血,上桌會附沾醬,湯剛開始喝有蘿蔔甜,但喝到後來越來越鹹,可能味素加太多。 用餐時看了一下牆面的照片跟實際上桌的差很多,但還好美味不減。 評價裡很多人說老闆和老闆娘親切且態度好,實際上並沒有感受到,應該人緣好且人脈廣吧,而且老闆的口罩也不戴好,都會把口罩拉到下巴。 如果不管老闆態度,端看餐點美味和價格,真的是推薦的宵夜場。
