★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 點餐人員態度極差！明明跟他點餐的是單點一個歐姆蛋，餐點做好卻給了我歐姆蛋丹麥堡..跟店員說這個餐點不是我點的，卻硬強逼人家得接受買單！還理直氣壯的說是客人點餐沒講清楚，歐姆蛋跟歐姆蛋丹麥堡唸起來差這麼多...跟店員說這真的不是我點的餐，店員卻說：「裡面一樣都有歐姆蛋！那妳要不要阿？一樣可以吃！」。今天不是我不願買單，而是態度問題，假設今天真的做錯餐點，要客人買單接受，可以好好說，而不是態度這麼差的逼人家，這樣任誰聽了都會覺得感覺很差⋯⋯我知道餐飲業辛苦，但人員訓練真的要好好加強，不然誰還會想光顧？
