★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 門市黃小姐很親切、態度很好；但送貨時間聯繫有問題，前一天上班不方便接電話，後來有回電也有回覆簡訊都沒人回應，只好請門市轉達司機當天需提早聯繫，因過去需要時間，結果當天司機不僅比原本簡訊中告知的15:00-17:00早到45分鐘，也沒有提早聯絡，只好匆匆忙忙從公司趕回家收貨。還沒拆開塑膠套就發現床墊裡有一小段頭髮⋯⋯
後續門市黃小姐積極處理問題，也聯絡司機前來換貨，雖然又來回多跑了一趟，感謝正視客戶意見且迅速回應處理。
