★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天約了10點30做胃鏡.準時開始.其間護士應對親切，郭醫生講解的也非常清楚. 過程沒有一絲不舒服.自己也曾在別家做過多次的胃鏡檢查.就屬這一次最nice ~就連藥劑師的用藥說明也很專業及耐心，很高興現在還有這樣的醫院~真是板橋人之福!
 The gastroscopy was performed at about 10:30 today. It started on time. The nurses were kind and Dr. Guo explained very clearly. There was no discomfort in the process. I have done many gastroscopy in other homes. This is the most nice one. ~Even the pharmacist's medication instructions are very professional and patient. I am glad that there is such a hospital now~ It is a blessing to the people of Itabashi!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長輩已預先電話告知會趕在中午以前掛號,十一點五十三分到場時櫃檯護理師直接告知不能掛號要求患者返回並改時間. 想請問護理師沒通勤過? 還是沒見識過民生路段這裡的交通?
另外抽血檢查的部分,護理師連續扎到第三針才抽血, 因為發生第二次了詢問為何會有這樣的情況也笑而不答!?
郭醫師對於患者是照護有佳,但周邊的護理人員讓此院所只值一顆星.
